Shipping Information

Helly Hansen Newport ships according to the following options.

  • Standard UPS Ground: 5-7 business days for delivery
  • 2nd Day Air: 3-4 business days for delivery.
  • UPS \ Next Day Air: 2 business days for delivery Mon. - Fri.
  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii

No Saturday deliveries. 2nd and Next Day Air orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will ship 2nd day air. UPS cannot not ship to PO Boxes.

Processing Time

  • Please allow for up to 3 days processing time on all orders.*
  • Orders placed after 9pm EST will not be processed until the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
  • Orders over $100 enjoy free ground shipping within the US.

*Please note: Products currently in stock at our store are available for immediate shipment. Products that are not in stock are ordered directly from our corporate warehouse and require up to 3 days processing time. If you require rush processing, please send us an email to orders@hellynewengland.com or call us at 1-866-HELLY-12 with the items, colors and size you are interested in, and we can advise you on the processing time for your request.

How to Return

All sale items are final sale and are available for in stock items only. We regularly update our website; however, some sizes and/or colors may not be in stock.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by cash register receipts.

LIFA is non returnable as it is considered, by Rhode Island Law, undergarments; all sales are final.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We gladly refund cash or credit on unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase with cash register receipt. Products must have original hang tags, must be new and not worn.

We will make exchanges of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase with cash register receipt. Products must have original hang tags, must be new and not worn.

Storewide sales do not apply to gift certificates, previously purchased merchandise, special orders, and items that have already been marked down. Coupons and promotions cannot be combined with sale items and storewide sales.

Helly Hansen Merchandise which has been purchased at any other Helly Hansen store may be exchanged or returned following the same policy as in store purchases. Sunglasses and Goggles cannot be returned or exchanged.

Holiday Return Policy

All purchases [excluding sale items and other non returnable items] made between Thanksgiving and New Year’s are returnable and/or exchangeable for up to 7 [seven] days after New Year's.

Custom Orders Return Policy

All custom orders (i.e. bulk/embroidered) are final sale, are non-refundable and may not be returned or exchanged.
You have two ways to return or exchange your online purchase:

  1. Print out the merchandise return request form.
    Mail the product back with the completed return form. Please include the invoice number. All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase/invoice. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made. Be sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number.
